Your hydration record is personal.
Waterpace will store the Google identity details needed for your account and the hydration entries you choose to record.
What we keep
Your account profile, preferences, goals, drink presets, and timestamped hydration events are stored so the tracker can work across devices and show your history. If you enable reminders, Waterpace also stores your schedule and the browser subscription needed to deliver notifications. The subscription is not used for advertising.
Your choices
You can export active event history as CSV or download a complete account JSON file from Settings. You can also permanently delete your account without contacting support. Reminders are optional and can be disabled from Settings at any time.
Retention and deletion
Active account data is retained while your account exists. Deleting the account removes profile, goals, presets, intake entries, summaries, streaks, achievements, reminder settings, and notification subscriptions from the live database. D1 disaster-recovery copies may persist temporarily according to Cloudflare's backup retention.
What we do not do
Waterpace has no paid plan, advertising gate, or sale of hydration data. It is a habit tracker, not a medical device.
Owner review note
Before a wider public launch, the owner must add a dedicated privacy contact address and confirm jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
